SUMMER BERRY BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Wake up bright and breezy to this delicious summer berry smoothie.  Simple, quick and super healthy, it is ideal breakfast on the run!

INGREDIENTS
(serves one)

200g cherries, raspberries and strawberries
1 small banana
1 tsp runny honey
1 – 2 tbsp water

METHOD

Place the berries in a blender or food processor and slice in the banana.  Add the honey and water and blitz until smooth.  Add more water if desired.

Serve with a few whole berries on top and a little fresh mint.
