A Florentine born aperitif drink made from gin, sweet vermouth and Campari. This iconic pre-dinner cocktail is a perfectly balanced bittersweet concoction that is deceptively simple to make. Best sipped slowly and enjoyed with salty olives, roasted nuts and slices of prosciutto.
25 ml campari
25ml sweet vermouth
25 ml conker gin
Add the campari, sweet vermouth, and gin to a short glass filled with ice
Stir and garnish with orange twist.
Spritzing the orange peel over the glass releases the essential oils of the orange and give the drink extra flavour and aroma.
