We’ve put together a HEFTY 3rd issue for the month of April. It’s rammed full of top stuff, including not 1 but 3 celebrated ingredients – HOGGET⎜LAMB⎜WILD GARLIC.

Tom Hunt, executive chef at Poco Bristol and author of the ‘The Natural Cook’ will be joining us and sharing some of his ‘root-to-fruit’ recipes throughout the month, as well as teaching us how to eat more consciously. In week 3, we will be introducing you to organic rare breed sheep farmers in the Cotswolds, a lovely couple that farm the natural way. There is a guide to foraging and tips on how to grow your own food. Plus there’s all the usual GrowEatGather goodness. Hope you enjoy it!
